Returns

Returns policy

You may change or cancel a full order, or part of an order, before items are dispatched by contacting our customer support team.

You also have a statutory right to change your mind and return any goods up to seven working days from receipt of order, provided the items:

  • are unused
  • are in their original packaging
  • have any security seals intact

You will be liable for the cost of returning any unwanted goods.

If you intend to make a return, you must notify our customer support team before doing so.

Damaged goods

In the unlikely event that the goods you received were damaged in transit you must notify our customer support team no later than three working days from receipt of order.

A replacement or refund will be offered and we will make arrangements to have the damaged goods collected. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with original packaging and all manuals and accessories.

Please contact our customer support team before returning your damaged goods.

Faulty goods

All of our products come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. If any product fails within that timeframe due to a manufacturing defect we will arrange for a repair or replacement.

Goods that are returned will be assessed and a repair or replacement offered within a reasonable timeframe. Repair time may vary depending on manufacturer and availability of parts. Our customer support team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, you will be required to pay both labour and courier fees. We will provide you with an estimated cost prior to any work being carried out.

In some cases, products that are presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods.

Making a Return

Before returning goods you should contact our customer support team to obtain a returns number. This number must be noted with your returns and in any future correspondence.

We can arrange for the collection of your returns. Please contact us for a quotation. In some cases returns can be sent by post or through a courier of your choice.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning and we also recommend the use of a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. 

Please note: Not all couriers will transport our portable fire extinguishers/batteries. If we are not arranging your returns, please check with your carrier in advance.

Refunds

Refunds will be made via the method of payment used to complete your online order. Refunds are normally processed within seven working days, and no longer than 30 days, of receipt by us of the returned goods.
