No Trail To Follow, The First Wagon Party To California, 1841

No Trail to Follow uses first-hand accounts, including John Bidwell’s journal entries, to provide a detailed account of the Bidwell-Bartleson wagon train’s trip to California in 1841.  This was the first organized group of emigrants to make the overland journey from Missouri to California.  Great for armchair travel into the past.
